I figured it out. What I have to do is add each IP address that I want to play on to my "trusted sites" list in Norton Internet Explorer. This works well if the server has a fixed IP address, but if it is static, then I have add in the new IP address each time. And if I get hacked again, I will have narrowed down the list of potential hacking IP addresses.
