If you initiate the connection from your computer. It should open only the ports needed for the request. IE MOH port 12203
You do not need to disable your firewall when playing. You may also try just opening port 12203. Just in case you have all outgoing ports blocked. This is so someone cant use your box as a zombie. They can however disable your firewall if they are able to get behind it in the first place.
