Ballistics has linked the woman shot in the head and killed outside of a Home Depot to the other 10 victims.

This guy has attacked 11 people and all the police know is to be on the lookout for a beige van with a taillight out. Besides that, they have a composite sketch but will not release it because they're worried it would stop people from sending in tips.

We are losing the war on terrorism...
