On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, I work out. I do a pyramid workout on bench press Monday and Friday and do back and shoulder exercises on Wednesday. I do regular and hammer curls for those three days as well as sets of crunching and leg ups (pull your legs towards your body while hanging on a chin-up bar or tree branch).
On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, I run an average of two miles. I do this because I am trying to get back in shape for track this spring.
**PYRAMID WORKOUT**
10 reps- 135 lbs (very easy)
8 reps- 155 lbs (easy)
6 reps- 175 lbs (a little hard)
4 reps- 195 lbs (now burning like a mofo)
4 reps- 200 lbs (big ass hard as hell set)
2 reps- 210 lbs (hard, but not quite as bad)
1 rep- 220 lbs (this one I usually can't do, I'm too burned out)
NOTE the weight will change with your strength but that pyramid workout is the best to achieve size increase and muscular developmnent of the chest and shoulders.
Also be aware that if you just want to get in shape, I recommend doing more reps but less weight, and if you're building muscle, do this pyramid.
