Hey - if the averag joe wants to lift weights, and get 100 situps in 2 minuntes for the tests, go for it.

Lemme tell you though - that even if you are fucking fat and overweight, if you can run 5 miles then you're all set. That's IT! Seriously. You will hate yourself if you cant run without your legs giving out on you. I qould have rather done a DAY of all that exercising crap than have to deal with running.
