I will join some aspect of the army, either regs or reserves, either way I'm joining the Paras and you have to be fit for them.
I run quite a lot, and I do swimming (but only once a week) and try to go to my school gym as much as possible, but I'm still a lanky streak of piss and I eat loads! I'm in the army cadets aswell and that improves your fitness.
