A dedicated server is a server dedicated for one thing in particular. In your case it would probably mean a server which is dedicated to Medal Of Honor.

Or, if your thinking of launching one through the main game, it will mean your machine will run a server, in which you yourself cannot connect to from the same machine. Basically, a machine for others to play on.

Blueyonder/jolt.co.uk/barryserver are all dedicated.
