Could some help me with a custom skin? -

I was wondering if anyone out there would be willing to make a custom skin for me. I'd like a modern Canadian soldier with Cadpat camo and a modern Canadian assault vest. Like the soldier on the far right in the first pic:

It's not really an M-16, it's called a C-7 and it's made by the Canadian company Diemaco. Basicly, it's a Canadian version of the M-16.
