Default Multiple pk3 on Spearhead server - how can they work togethe - 05-07-2003, 10:12 PM

Does anyone know how to get multiple pk3 mods working together? I'm using the following pk3 mods:

REM_MG.pk3
REM_ROCK.pk3
REM_SG.pk3
REM_SNIP.pk3
user-MPSH_Realism_v3.0.pk3

If these are all in my mainta dir the weapon removal pk3's don't work. If I remove the user-MPSH_Realism_v3.0.pk3 file from my mainta dir the weapon removal pk3's do work.

Any ideas?

Thx,

As i understand it (i'm sure i'll be corrected if im wrong) is that MoHAA/SH, as it loads, reads the pk3 file alphabetically. In your case the changes made with the remove.pk3's are over-ridden when it reads the realism mod. Try renaming the REM_XX.pk3 files to something like ZREM_xx.pk3 or at least something later in the alphabet than User-...

-or-

You could combine them by pulling out the files that remove those guns and tossing them into the realism mod. (back'm up 1st)
