Eve of Destruction os awesome. DC .38D is awesome. I like the new sounds on DC .38D.

Back on topic. I played DC for a short while but my system couldnt realy cope with it. It was fun while it lasted though!

i like EOD's maps better, same with the guns & the sounds. music is awsome too. DC on the other hand gets more & more hard on my system with every version. EOD will be a great mod, only problem right now is their is alot of tweaking to be done right now, weapons acuricy, map problems, plane settings, . but it looks great right now.

d.c. has stepped it up a notch with its newest .38 version. the new sounds are great, except for the incessant and long winded new voice commands. those will be fixed though. when 4 finaly comes out, with the stealth and other new goodies, like the tomahawk missle and so on, it will be great. i think right now that dc .38 is the best all around online mp experience out there. well done!

well i don't really like eod, too much infantry, if i wanted an infantry vietnam game i'd play vietcong cause the vehicles in eod just plain suck ass. dc on the other hand, simply ownz. one of the devs in there forums said they are going to fix the lag problem, but i dont really get much lag anyways. but hell, if you haven't downloaded dc 0.38 you dont know what your missing cuz it owns.

no problem with infantry, but the problem is with bf1942 AND infantry. the two basically just suck terribly. all the hit detection is server side and it makes it hard to shoot people sometimes. plus i just think the best thing about bf1942 is that it has good vehicle physics, and eod just kinda throws it away, imo. there's not too much eod can add that would be nearly as cool as say an m1 abrams or an a10, you know?
