Yeah, looks like a really good deal to me...

What would the shipping & handling cost be on that thing?

S&H plus the upgrades that I would get (XP for $75, another fan for $1, 512MB more RAM for $100) it would come to around $1400-1500

I wouldnt consider the operating system an option. XP home add 100.00. Other then that looks like a kick ass machine to me. If i were in the market for a new machine id certianly consider that one.

3.06 is a 533FSB processor. Might want to see if its the 3.0 or the 3.06. Its also probably not the 1mb cache processor. Also please buy XP Pro kthx.

um 350 watt power supply? oOo: oOo: oOo: oOo: oOo: oOo:

computers now adays need at least 400-450 watts to stay stable. i run a 530 watt psu in my machine. other than that it seems llike a good deal. not much of an intel guy but hey a 3ghz p4 is definately rockin. so just swap out that psu with a nice 450 watt or higher and you will be fine. you can find good cheap ones at http://www.zipzoomfly.com for under 50 bucks.

350W is sufficient. It really depends on the quality of the power supply and the actual output.

350 should be enough depending on what you get...
