Developer sueing a publisher, said publisher has the developers game in for testing before approving it for duplication. Anyone else smelling another delay here? Can almost bet the game goes gold, gets sent to duplication factories, factories simaltaniously explode destroying the master discs, at the same time valve's network crashes destroying the backups of the game.
With the drama of halflife 2's development that scenario probably won't be far from the truth.
