Alright ladies, i need some help, im doing a research paper on SWAT (7 pages) ive searched google, but i can only find like 1 or 2 pages with actual good information on it. Can anyone help me out here. Im discussing how SWAT benefits law enforcement.

Well i said how it benefits law enforcement....so one would only think i was talking about Special Weapons and Tactics....

Advantages:
Quick
Effective
Useful Para-military Tactics

Disadvantages:
Expensive
Unwanted deaths (mistakes can happen)

Compare the SWAT to several other teams, that should help you detirmine the benefits of SWAT.

Also, e-mail some of the commanders of the unit of different cities; getting information from them is more than useful.
