Now it wont fucking restart, it just keeps rebooting, it gets to the thing where it loads Windows, than this blue screen flashes and it just reboots again. If i go into safe mode it asks to cancel loading spcd.sys (or some shit like that) than it just reboots than to, without even going to the windows load screen
