Well first you download a image conveter. Convert the .tga files to a jpg,jpeg,bmp,gif, or what ever. Then do what ever you want. The image converter I have is "Any Image"

Be aware, that a single picture is normally over 2 MB, so if you have a habit of hitting F12 everytime you get a kill, or do lots of weapon skin editing, you should delete a few to save space.
