can't find this compass (screenshot)

I looked everywhere for this fuckin thing and I can't find it in the mod section anywhere. I sat there going through the compasses and did NOT find it.. if anyone knows where I can find it I would appreciate it.

Notice the screenshot is for the healthbar not the compass, so no smartass remarks

Also, can anyone tell what the compass is supposed to be? I can't figure it out, I just think it looks cool.

I know who the modder was that I took the screenshot from, but I saw that compass used on a few other people's screenshots, not just his.
