Well there goes $90. mad:
Got pulled over for speeding today. Cops were sitting behind a bus stop shelter with the laser radar. mad:
"Do you know what I pulled you over for?" mad:
"Uhh...Speeding?" mad:
78 in a 60 zone! Bah! I was only 18 over!! mad:
My mom is gonna flip. My Dad will probably just laugh at me since he got pulled over the other day and got off. mad:
DAMN YOU LASER RADAR!!!! DAMN YOU!!! mad: mad: mad:
Have any of you fought a ticket before? My friend has a couple. I'm gonna look for some info and if it looks good i'll go to court and get off. mad:
I don't really care about the ticket, its the insurance. My insurance went up 30% this year. I have never been in an accident or had a ticket or anything before this. It went up 30% cause all male rates between 16-21 went up.
I pay $2600/year for insurance and now with this ticket it'll probably make it go up even more. mad: mad: mad: mad: mad: mad: mad: mad: mad: mad: mad: mad: mad: mad: mad:

78 in a 60 zone isn't that terrible...I doubt if it will bump yer insurance too much.
Now, if it was 178 in a 60 zone, that'd be different...heh.
Either way, that sux, dude.

Yeah it would be pretty fast but up here in Canada we go by Kilometers not Miles and 18 KM over is not really that fast to tell ya the truth, most times you don't even notice, but still, IT"S FUCKIN FUNNY..HAHAHAHA

Lucky they wern't there yesterday cause I probably was doing 100 down that same road. Its a stright line for like a kilometer. I usually gun it all the way down. For some reason today I wasn't going as fast as normal thank god.

It doesn't matter if I was guilty or not.
If I argue the case and a trail is set, I could go down a number of paths.
1) If the cop doesn't show up (which happens most of the time) then I get off
2) I could argue that the Officer was not wearing his police cap and therefore is violating such and such rule. I'd have to go and get a police handbook think but I'd probably beable to prove that he was not wearing his cap. (Which he wasn't) In order to hand out a ticket, Officers must be in full uniform. You have to watch for loopholes like this.
3) If all else fails I just plead guilty and pay the fine.
But going to court is a pain in the ass. It would probably take a year to go through and waste a lot of taxpayer and government money. evil:

Yep... they do.. hardly ever see an accident here either, kind of nice. But. I've learned you trying to get someplace faster isn't that important.
