Default Using New SPMs (and MPMs for that matter) - 10-31-2002, 03:08 PM

Hello all. I am new to the board and relativlely new to MOHAA and hence my newbie question. I just downloaded both some new or enhanced single player maps and I cant seem to access it. I was wondering if there is anyone who might be able to help me? In the "readme' for the the map I am trying to access the instructions are to
1) start the game.
2) then press the "~" button in the console (?). To access the map list

I have tried this and must not be doing something right because I never get a map list of any kind.

Do I need to hold the "~" button down as the whole program loads or do I need to start any old single player game and then try the "~" button?

PLEASE HELP!!!! IT SOUNDS LIKE A REALLY COOL MAP AND I JUST WANT TO BE ABLE TO PLAY IT!!!!!
oOo:
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

check in your advanced options of your console is on
then press ~ or ² (it depends in what country you live)then you see your console;
type in your console maplist and select your new map

(did you already install the 1.11 patch?? if not install it. you can download it at http://mohaa.ea.com/)

good luck
