Saskatchewan - Montreal Final -
11-02-2003, 10:44 PM
What do you think?
Toronto got lucky today because Dickenson didn't play. Allen did a good job, but they won't win against Montreal.
Saskatchewan killed Winnipeg, which is awesome. If they go into Edmonton with that momentum and Keith can have the same type of game he just had, they've got it made. Which will be perfect because the Grey Cup is in Regina this year. Hopefully they'll beable to see their team at home. They deserve it. Saskatchewan has some of the best fans in the CFL. They sit outside in like -20C to watch their team. Good on them. Not to mention that Regina has a population of 200,000 and 50,00 show up for a football game.
Hopefully Saskatchewan can take it. I wouldn't want to see Montreal win again. Go riders!

Did you see me go into the fucking College football threads?
I have no clue about all the MVY vs BUFD and all that shit. But I know that some people do. If you don't have any idea what were talking about, shut the fuck up.
Since you had to post, and to keep others from posting the same fucking question we are talking about the CFL. The Canadian Football League. Semi Finals were this weekend, Divisional finals will be next weekend, and the Grey cup which will be held in Regina Saskatchewan the following weekend.
If you really want to learn PM me and i'll tell you, or search the fucking internet. Maybe try http://www.cfl.ca
But I know you really don't give a shit. So fuck off.

Toronto almost didn't make it into the playoffs. They don't have a chance, especially infront of 60,000 at the big O.

Toronto will win it all. And Sask won't stand a chance vs Montreal or Toronto in the finals. The east is taking it again like last year.

Ah, Pryo, you always make me laugh.
Calgary was shit this year. I know that. We were plagued by injuries.
Toronto picked up Allen and went with his magic.
And Montreal killed Toronto before that game at the beginning of the year. So its all even.

Let me ask you Toronto fans a question.
Why do you only get a season high 21,029 people out for a playoff game? Thats pathetic. You call yourselves fans?
Look at Montreal, you bitter rival. They sold out the big O. 59,000 people. Look at Edmonton, i'm sure there will be close to 50,000 for their divisional final against Saskatchewan. Look at the lsat Saskatchewan home game. 40,000 people turned out in a city that has 198,000 people living in it. Thats nuts. And you Torontonians call yourselves such great sportsfans, you can't even fill a stadium in the playoffs in a city of like 5 million people. happy:
I'm half messing with you guys, but seriously, why does no one go to the games? If they did, you might even have a better team and win the Grey cup.

Oh yeah look at all the performers:
[quote:bb0e8]Bryan Adams and Sam Roberts as the headliners for this year's Centrum Performance Grey Cup Halftime Show.
The five-day celebration begins with the official Grey Cup Festival Opening Ceremonies on November 12th, and continues throughout the week leading up to the Grey Cup game, with a myriad of events and musical performances by bands including Great Big Sea, Tea Party, Big Sugar, Trooper and April Wine.[/quote:bb0e8]
Cool stuff.
