Default 'Best OS' - 12-02-2002, 06:20 AM

I know there was another topic on this, but I'm asking you guys what you think the best OS is for making webpages and what not, best stability for anything(preferably applications and games).

What do you guys think? (Label the OS and what is comes with, etc)

Another question: What is the best program for building webpages? (I'm an amatuar so don't list the most complicated web-building program on earth! (If you don't know, im building a webpage for a business, something to list my products, etc.)

Thanks.

I'm getting rid of Win 98SE because I'm getting 512 or more of RAM and 98SE only reads 256MB's.

I'm still stuck between Win 2k Pro and Win XP Pro.
