Well im not a big fan but i thought it was ok. The special effects are amazing though. Theres this one scene where an army of 300 ppl fight an army of 10000, and it looks really cool. Although the army of 10000 get beat. I dont wanna say to much, so overall i thought it was pretty good.

Well the army of 300 gets some back up alittle way through the fight. A bunch of guys on horses come riding to the rescue.

Still sounds like a complete load of balls though. The first film bored me to death and i assume the second one will do as good a job of sending me to sleep.

Yep, not a spoiler if you read the books. The first book/movie was the slowest of the trilogy by far.
33-1 odds is a little long, but they do get some help and it isnt completely unprecidented. What were the odds in Black hawk down or a handful of spartan against the persian army at thermopoli (sp?)? Ever hear of Mesada? Or maybe the spanish armada? Yes, long shots, but it wouldnt be very impressive if it wasnt.
