Weapon Skins Not Working

Just downloaded a bunch new weapon skins from AA.com and a lot of em dont work at all. Put them all in the Main Folder (im not a complete idiot) and they still dont work. Ideas?

if you're trying to use them in spearhead put them in your mainta dir
