i know i had another post like this, and i thought my prob was solved, i got a zipping program, and it unzips, but im trying to make skins/weapon skins myself, and i need something to creat .pk3 files, i have finally found a way to make zip files but not pk3s, also this program is in a forein language, when it comes up under the right click menu it is in english, but under its own program it is in some other language, and add to pk3 is not under start, it says on this tutorial that u should be able to make it a pk3 under add to zip which is under the right click menu, but the only option is .zip which my tutorial specifically says NOT to do
