Server hardware requirements

A buddy of mine has found us a free place to park a server on a fat pipe.
Betweem the two of us, we have the partial makings of a box but need to purchases a few components. My question is this - What are the minimum and recomended specs for a MOHAA server. How about a SH server? This will be a AMD system.

Processor?
RAM?
Mobo?
Vid card?

Dedicated Server Recommended System Requirements

Pentium III 1.3Grz or faster processor
Microsoft Windows 2000/XP Pro
256MB RAM
32MB Video card or greater
DirectX 8.0

32 meg video card to run dedicated server from console ? I don't believe it.

It's my recommendation. You can use a damn 16Meg if you want, I just prefer 32. It would only cost you like $100 anyways.
