well...i figured with all this question about skin making....id make a program to....simplify shader and tik making...which is 3 quarters of the toughness.....for me at least..lol....so, i decided to make a program that would....take making shaders and tik file making a breeze....

okay, i updated it....i added a Folder and Structure builder...so all u gotta do is drag the Targa files to the folder...that freakin easy....im working on where the program drags ur files to the folder...haha, DOWNLOAD IT GUYS!!!1 tell me how it works!
