1. Its cheating if it is a full-screen scope.
2. Its cheating if it has light-amplication on it.

Scope mods? No, because the scope is being used for it's purpose. Like others have said here, it's only a cheat if it gives you an unfair advantage over other players that is not available to them as well.

Scope mod's is not cheating it is your chosse to have them or play with somone who dose. If u don't like it leave the sever
