Thanks guys. I am still trying to figure out photoshop. I think I would be better off with a software that actually did less. I get a bit overwhelmed at all the options.

true, most of the tools and features, i hardly use at all. I only use a couple things over and over again with slight variations. But those little tools that I find useless are part of the $400 price tag

Also, i wouldn't get PSP, Photoshop is much better and easier to use if you ask me.
