Has it become illegal to use custom scopes now days? I personaly haven't been kicked from a server for using my scopes which I've been using since like a month after MOH was launched, but I have seen a few players mention that they are being banned.

Some server admins don't allow custom scopes because they think the user may modify the scope in some fashopn to give him/herself an unfair advantage over other players, such as increasing the zoom or extra illumination. this is rare. I've never had a problem using custom scopes, myself.

only the server admin can increase the zoom level, as its server controlled. now extra illumination does jack really, it can actually make your vision worse on some maps and hardly ever makes it better.

One thing that makes me laugh. Even if the server doesn't allow custom scopes, how they gonna know you using one? Never will, so keep using them. biggrin:

There is nothing wrong with mod scopes.....unless they have light filters, neons, or other things that make you have an unfair advantage.

To tell you the truth it is stupidity! I am tired of all the restrictions being put on players in servers now a days! All because of what? CHEATING But oh well not like we can do anything about it! Well just my 2 cents!

Any one know where I can find a good scope...I want a scope that works with Spearhead, and has a mild light amp (just to clear the haze, not night vision). I had A Fuxenzoom w/MOHAA, but for some reason it doesn't work w/Spearhead.
