After getting killed (or before you join the Allies), be in Specator mode, fly to where the Nebelwerfer's are, go up to them and press the 'E' key (the use key) and you will plant the bomb! I'll post a ScreenShot to prove it! ------------------ Close isn't good enough unless you throw a grenade!
