Hi all

I run a private moh server off my spare pc sometimes for me and my mates to play moh together, the general connection speeds were fine, the max ping being 70 on average.

I am on the 1mb ntl service and others on 600k and also bt, However sometimes one or two players using the 600k ntl connection get very poor pings over 999 to my game, this makes it impossible for them to play,

However if they try other internet games they get pings of 40 - 50 why is this and is there anything that can be done.

We have tried reloading one of the troubled pcs with just win xp all updates / driver and then the game but it worked fine for a while but then all of a sudden there ping would go up to 999 again.

Also when doing the speed test here Speed Test they get varied results sometime 87k but other time 550k.

Any ides people this was just affecting one person but now it affect both my mates on the 600k ntl service
