Here are some screenies from the full game, just a taste. Let me tell you that this game is pretty damn good, dispite what the demo may have shown. Just check out the detail, and the sound effects are awesome. If you have a 5.1/6,1 surround then you'll be amazed how real it sounds. Voices and explosions coming from everywhere, music from the movie playing. Once it's out go get it!

Anyway, youi play out the entire Somalia campaign, not just when the Rangers went in and tried to capture the warlords. You have to protect the convoys from the rebels and even some current missions made just for the game that take place in 2003.

The player models are pretty crappy, but everything else looks a lot better in motion than screenshots.

If you see the full version in full motion, the graphics are AMAZING. I love those 2 levels, and the NVG effect is great. You're right, the sound is AMAZING in 5.1. The pixel shading in the water is put to such good use in that game. The one in those pics where you have to blow the bridge at the end, is so cool once you cross the bridge with the satchels on it. I was behind some sandbags waiting for my 3rd man to clear the bridge, and the Somalias were shooting like crazy, the tracers from the MG's were flashing so great, and they reflected so great off the water, and they hit ruts on the bridge, epxloding, flashing, then continuing on, it's great.

man, that demo level is hard! I have to escort the hostages to the convoy and im hit from all the RPG's, i know where 2 are, and i got them, but then so many come in! and on the demo, the AI is STOOPID. 3 US SOldiers are killed by 1 rebel, they cant hit him! its so stupid!

will they please change the models. it looks like half life. everythign else is ok, except for realism, dman sniping from a moving object while standing up seems so easy in this game. the muzzle flash is like a flame thrower.

Sniping seems to be harder this time around than in previous DF games. at 800 meters (half a mile) you have to lead your target by 2 seconds depending on how fast and the angle at which he is moving, and have to aim about an inch above the target.
