[Scalping Chief]

Well this is my second try at a sig its not good but not bad for me im still having troubles with blending i looked at magnums tutorials but im confused so if someone could help that would be sweet

Need something a bit more complex than only a gradient background.. get more nazi pics.. and hitler looks a bit like a cartoon, is that cutout filter or just found it like that?
