LETS BAN ALL BANS!!.... its pretty sick.. in australia this boy shot a girl at school with a crossbow since they banned guns.. now they banned crossbows, that country may possibly turn out like france as time passes by due to not being able to defend themselves.

Well he did grab him by the neck. What would you do if you were some little chinese guy getting grabbed by the neck by a huge biker bouncer? They shouldn't have stabbed him but the guy shouldn't have grabbed him by the neck.
