yeah... this is complete bullshit. I have just read the entire review, and the final scores, and they absolutly have NO complaints about sound... infact they even said it was better then most sounds they have ever heard in a FPS, and they give it an 8.5!! Oh well, don't like IGN anyway, but they DID still give it a 9.3.

Thanks for that link, I wanted to read the review a whole lot.

I went to read it last night like 5 minutes after they posted it, someone told me on a game in The Hunt that it was up. When the Insider subscription thing came up, I lost all respect for IGN. It's one thing to charge for stories and special previews, which were getting annoying anyway, but it's another thing completely to charge for your opinion of a game.

This is the short version of the review for all the lazy ones out there

-they didn't like the ending
-a lot of scripting in the final game, more than in the demo, hurts replay value a little (especially on Omaha Beach)
-objectives usually involve blowing stuff up
-20 levels @ 6 missions are large
-Omaha level one of the best ever
-can't control your team mates - bad
-game becomes choppy with many people on the screen
-good graphics
-many cool details

No, its still very good, but truly, do you think the sound is just very good?? it took up most of the space for both the demos, and I personally think its the best sound I've heard in a game yet, and they classified as average. I really don't care, I was just saying how the sound makes alot of the game, and they just give it an 8.5.

Well, that's just like the personal server for fileplanet. Why should I pay 20 bucks for something if I'd be able to get in somewhere else?

I lost respect for IGN when they started charging for everything.
