How do i change the lay out of the main menu? its simple to just skin it but i need to know how to re do it completly thanks.

its a script file that tells the computer which textures to use and where to put then and the links, kinda like html but a little more advanced but its not a skin, I dont know which one it is but Its probally called Main or Main Menu.
