Very bad customer server the worst I have every seen. DO NOT!!! Do Business with these people because you will lose business because they don’t know how to treat their customers. I had a problem with my server ip (64.237.40.41) that a rent from them, they told me their was nothing wrong with it, after a whole day of bad server connections they finally told me that the server was having a problems. I was switch to a new server ip ( 64.237.40.148 ) so for about a day went by and then the server started to run choppy for everyone on it I contacted the Rep. (S3rialThrilla) from deviantservers.com on AIM. I started telling him that everyone was having a problem on the server again and he flipped out and started cursing me up and down F@#K YOU!. This and F@#K YOU! You that. Then goes and Shuts down the server that I was renting from them and tell me to go F@# K OFF! You’re not getting your money back. So stay away from this server company they do not know how to treat or talk to people. If you are looking for a really good server company go to deadlyservers.com the best customer service I seen and the most reliable server ever with great pricing.
