"griefers" LOL -

my God, we need another war or scandal with the president.
CNN Headline News had a segment on "griefers" or MMORPG gamers who play to kill people, cause mayhem, steal information, etc. hake: don't they have anything better to report on?
all I have to say is just play war games, where it's the point to blow shit up and drill the other guy full of holes, everyone kills everyone else and there's no scamming (although there's the occasional asshole who blows up your own vehicles in BF-42)

I saw the same story on the local breakfast news show the other morning. All I could think was "n00bs."
Seriously, with all the shit that's goin' on in the world, you'd THINK they could find something more newsworthy than someone having their Sims house robbed.
Unbelieveable...

They should be talking about Hunting for Bambi's more. biggrin:
I seriously think that's one of the funniest things I've seen next to Jackass.
Anyways, your probably right; there's not much going on in the news today, and to pick on a subject like "Gaming rots your brains, and teaches you to kill" is just as common a story as "Lose weight quick".

In case people don't get this, there's a big thing going on at Ebay now where people are selling In-game items for SW:Galaxies, like Credits, Armor, etc. . .for REAL cash. So, you can get 550,000 game credits for 550 bucks. hake:

[url=http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3537972471&category=11 050:d8d8a]How retarded can you be[/url:d8d8a]
[quote:d8d8a]Please read before you bid on the item. You are not getting cd keys in this auction.
You are bidding on Star Wars Galaxies adventure manual, jewel case with 3 cds and the box. This auction has everything inside like you just buy the new game but there is no cd keys. The reason for this is because my buyer only wants the cd keys. So the box is still sitting in my home. Everything inside is in perfect condition. These are good to get at a low price for your collection.[/quote:d8d8a]
Does GALAXIES even have a single player option?
