[quote:07225]Monday's lawsuit mentions one legal action brought by a Wisconsin adult who became paralyzed after diving onto the slide while intoxicated. The plaintiff in that case was awarded $12.3 million in damages, according to Monday's lawsuit. [/quote:07225]

All I know is that last summer me and like 5 of my buddies went and bought a slip-n-slide with inflateable asteroids that you knock over while sliding and it was probably the funnest time i've had being wet and sliding on plastic in a while, let me tell you. We even had the slip-n-slide olympics which consisted of 6 events. One was the distance competition. We got pretty far. Probably double the lenght of the sheet of plastic on the grass. Got a couple cuts sliding over electrical boxes in the ground and stuff like that but it was all in good fun. The thing was in pieces when we were done. I guess when they say 5-12 years they mean it.

Thats pathetic
thats exaclty like saying you're sueing a car company because the car was damaged on impact and you got injured, but since you were intoxicated, its alright to sue oOo:

over the summer we had a party at my house. we put a huge sheet of plastic tarp on this huge ass hill thats directly behind my house. at the bottom we dug a hole and filled it with water. we then took just about every single waterhose @ my house and put it on the slide. (including neighbors)

serriously. we. fucking. hauled. ass. down. the. hill.

fastest run down the hill.

best trick.

the best part was getting the trashcan and sliding down in it.

that is untill we got a old lawnchair and nailed skis to it.

good times.
