cheating is a subjective matter. How can I earn a medal if I don't even know what to do? Or perhaps using console commands to enable god mode while experimenting through the 3 missions in an effort to earn medals is considered legitimate cause at least in this case, I figured out the puzzle by myself? At least I can tell myself that I did it without resorting to console cheats, and for me, that is winning with pride. Oh well, over dumb AI, not much to brag about anyway.
I am not looking simply to complete my collection of medals-more the method to acquiring them. Also, I have other things to do besides playing games. Finding a faq on this subject is a way of saving time.
and yeah, I figured out that SH's single player mode is really unpopular, for obvious reasons. I think that most ppl bought SH for the multiplayer enhancements. Which is why I posted here asking for help, knowing that the mundane means (gamefaqs, search engines) have proved futile. In this, I agree that my task to uncover the medals isn't going to be easy.
In AA, when you complete any difficulty level, you get a medal too. I wonder if this is the same with SH?
SH has 6 medals. For each of the 3 missions you complete, you get one medal; for one tour of duty you complete you get an additional medal. So it is quite likely that you do get all 6 medals by just simply beating the game on all 3 difficulty levels. This is theory of course. Haven't really proven it yet.
