Anyway, domain is appraised at over $11,000 USD. Fat chance I'll find someone to pay that, so I'm probably going to unload my whole site + domains on the cheap.

I think the "value" is legitimate - even more so if it were Halflife2.com - but youre competing against so many other already entrenched half life sites - that itll be just one uphill battle.
