dude there are already some mafia skins out there
unfortunately your slightly heavy guy cant be done beause there is no player model, i also dont know of any suit-like models.
there are already soem mafia skins at mohfiles.com, just look around

I dont know much about modeling, but couldnt someone do a model to make the hefy guy i was thinkin of. Cause u change the forms on the body when u do modeling, im guessin.
