That is for a large complex with more than 200 cars.Can someone help with That.

i dont know about a parking program, but i heard of a program called barcode anything. you can make and print out barcodes and it comes with a scanner, that may be of help to you. you could scan the barcode sticker on someones windshield as they come in or leave.
