Hello gentlemen. ( and Ladies )

There is awsome artwork here guys , perhaps you would be so kind as to help a Noob.

I asume most of you are using Photoshop. I am not. Im using the little thing that came with XP. lol.
Its called Picture it!.

Could anyone suggest techniquies for use or perhaps a freeware program that could do more?

I've used it and it's not that good. I would download a FREE demo of photoshop 7.0 at http://www.adobe.com

Can anyone tell me how to combine images , or attach images to a pre-selected background?

I just cant seem to figure out how to get the pictures to come togather to make a collage.

If you are look for a misty look you want feathering........

Or you could just cut round the picture
