On the scorelist at the end of a game /map, there is sometimes text (player, score, ping etc.) in red.

What is the meaning of this?

the name of the player, how many kills/deaths,ping= time it takes to get info from your comp to the server in milliseconds.

When a players name is red, it just means that he is dead. this applies during and after the match is over.
