go to http://www.imageshack.us upload the picture. copy the url for the picture and put the tags around the url.

to make skins look really good and have different colors all over, use the lasso tool and just drag around an area to create a new layer. then apply different filters and such. im not too good at skinning myself but hopefully that helps.
