But, I have yet to find an answer. I'm trying to remove the server messages that say player A was killed by player B. I have opened up my pak 0, edited the localization.txt. Tried removing different huds, I really have no clue & am looking for some help on this matter.

open your UI's and put // infront of anything you dont want to appear ifyou have trouble comtct me.

Wow, thx. for the quick reply. That's the problem, I'm not sure which file controls that part of the game. Any ideas?

ummm its in the UI folser probably under hud something if you have MSN or AIM i cant talk to you better. il look into it 2morow im to tired right now.

I removed all files from the ui with hud in the name & it's still appearing. It took care of getting rid of the compass, health meter, etc. But the messages still appear.
