i need to make a pic like this for a mod, but how?

Make a model in 3DSMax or another 3D program and render it. Easier said than done.

hahaahhahaha. Thanks for the laugh. If you dont even know what program to use to make something like that, how are you even gonna make it? It takes knowlegde of the program and design to make designs for mods not to mention the textures.

u can use mostly any modelling program.

You could also try TrueSpace. I have a bit of experience with that.

i have lightray 3d 1.3.5 but im not registered so i cant export annoy: it cost $89 dolars to register stupid: wallbash: and i have lots of thing i need exported so if any that has lr3d v 1.3.5 registred pls pm me.

You want to render, not export.
