Hiya guys,
I don't know if anyone else has had the same problem, but I thought I'd pass this along.
I have an office LAN, and a shared Internet cable connection via a Linksys Etherfast Cable/DSL 10/100 4 port Switch.
While playing on a server on the Internet I couldn't get more then 1 PC to connect to the same server at the same time.
One solution I found out, is to update to the latest Linksys firmware, and then enable "Dynamic Routing" in your Linksys Control panel (under the "Advanced" tab).
Everything seems to work, and I didn't have to edit the command line for MoH:AA, or mess with any console commands.
Reportedly this solution will work with other Quake based games as well. It's always bugged me that Quake engine games require you to set up different net_ports in order to use a shared Internet connection with different PC's.
I hope that helps someone. It took me far longer then it should have to figure it out.
