Default Computer Problem - 10-28-2004, 12:57 PM

My brother seemed to install service pack 2 on the computer upstairs.

Now everytime the computer loads up it goes past the windows home screen and then stays on a black screen. It won't let me go into Safe Mode and when i try to boot it by using the last good time it worked it stops off the dick check and stays on that blue screen.

Anybody know what to do?

when your system boots up, you can press DEL (delete) to enter set-up, see if anything in those options can help you or give more info...

likely there won't be much in there to help, but at least you'll be able to see if the HD is configured, and check temperature etc...
