thats too bad
you gotta be safe though, its easy to not wear a lifevest while jetskiiing. you think "oh if i fall off i can just get back on it or hold on" but those currents and wind can move that jetski you fell off of MUCH faster than anyone can swim to catch it.

it seems he broke two laws going out there, one that he didn't wear a life jacket, the other that he went out after sunset
